My Why
THIS IS MY "WHY"
I discovered that my 'why' for sports truly didn't have anything to do with the words in a rulebook, a specific team or numbers. It is simply the emotion it can create in a moment in time. Emotion is a universal language that communicates past any sport. A stadium full of strangers, tied based on the love of a single team or sport and banding together to support them is my why. When covering and capturing moments in athletics, you can communicate so much to a viewer based on emotion. I just want to be able to capture it.
